We are continuously empowering our employees with the knowledge and skills required to excel in their roles. This is done through a range of initiatives at our skill development centers across plants. These centers focus on nurturing a culture of total quality ownership.
Each operator undergoes thorough examinations to ensure a deep understanding of their roles and responsibilities. This process helps us track rejection trends, line by line, and continuously improve our operations.
Six Sigma practices are at the centre of everything we do at Hitech. Implementation of Six Sigma includes comprehensive training for our employees to enhance quality and efficiency of our processes.
We align our Six Sigma projects with our strategic goals focusing on areas with the highest impact on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency and financial performance. Using the DMAIC methodology- Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control we are systematically identifying and addressing root causes of inefficiencies. Regular monitoring and continuous improvement efforts ensure sustained improvement.
At Hitech, we believe in celebrating those who go above and beyond. Our Quality Champion Program recognises individuals who consistently deliver zero defect production.
Each month, we honour these champions and acknowledge their exceptional performance. This initiative motivates our team to strive for excellence and uphold the highest standards of quality.
ACMA (Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India) conducted training sessions aimed at enhancing productivity at our plants. These sessions focused on implementing strategies to improve efficacy and performance at all levels.
We’ve established Gurukuls at each of our plants, which provide regular training sessions on all critical processes. Our training modules include:
Training on identifying various types of defects in moulding and printing operations.
Detailed sessions on the materials we use and the processes we follow.
Ensuring our team understands and meets customer expectations while continuously improving our systems.
Keeping our goal of “Customer First” in mind we conduct Sales Effectiveness Training Programmes where our team gains insights into advanced sales strategies. The team undergoes various engagement activities and role playing exercises for understanding customer needs and delivering value added solutions.
The team’s progress and improvements in the entire selling process and relationship building are monitored and reviewed regularly.
Regular First Aid & Fire Safety training programmes are conducted to equip our employees with essential skills for handling medical emergencies and fire incidents. The First Aid training covers CPR and injury management.
The Fire Safety focuses on fire prevention, proper use of fire extinguishers and evacuation procedures. Cancer awareness programmes are conducted for early signs of detection of cancer.
At Hitech, we organize a series of employee engagement activities such as rangoli competitions, painting competitions, and dance events among others.
These events provide a creative and fun outlet for our employees to showcase their talents and foster a sense of community & togetherness which contribute to a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture.
